Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays) from the time of purchase. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on a business day, or anytime on a weekend or public holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are in addition to our processing time:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for select items and destinations, typically delivers within 2-4 business days after processing.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or adverse weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before final payment.
- Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more (after any discounts and before taxes).
International Shipping
Hortewani is proud to offer international shipping to customers in the United States (US) and the European Union (EU).
Please be aware of the following for international orders:
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
- Extended Delivery Times: International delivery times can be longer than domestic shipments due to customs processing and varying transit times.
Important Notes
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package’s journey.
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Hortewani is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: While we take great care in packaging your items, Hortewani is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, please contact us immediately if you encounter such an issue, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
