30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in its original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All original tags, labels, and protective stickers must be attached and intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, including the return shipping address. Do not send items back without first contacting us.
  4. Once your return is approved, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return was due to your preference.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Typically, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Please note that banks and credit card companies can take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
